Porkka DHMC Hot Food Equipment has the top-accurate temperature and humidity balance based on the kinetic movement of water molecules. Digital Heat & Moisture Control meets the stringent quality criteria
Porkka DHMC hot food holding eqipment has a digital as well as a precise and accurate temperature monitoring system that automatically controls temperature and humidity. You can select the best temperature and humidity level for each food product. The control unit indicates exactly and clearly the inside temperature and relative humidity. It is possible to register in detail the storing temperatures during the entire heating period. The system meets in full the demands of EU and the HACCP standards.
Easy to use and top spacious energy saver
DHMC system is very easy to use. Its parts are easy to clean and change when necessary. The only basin cassette on the market is making an automatic connection when located into position. Made from stainless steel it is machine washable meeting all hygienic requirements.
Due to its compact construction, Porkka DHMC's heated storage capacity is almost twofold compared with the present heated food storage cabinets available within the international market place. According to tests, the equipment is very energy efficient. Effective utilization of the natural heat circulation together with the unit's excellent insulation and rigidity ensures that the thermal energy stays right where heat is needed. E.g. the energy need of a 28 GN 1/1 -65 cabinet is only the same as that of three 60 W glow bulbs.
