Huurre Group has concluded several deals in Scandinavia. The projects will be finalized during the year 2009.
Huurre Norway and Norwegian real estate company Bulk Eiendom have agreed upon delivery of two large projects for a total of over 30 million euros. The agreement includes a 35,000 square meter logistic centre for Norway's Post and a 4,500 square meter transport terminal for EEK Transport. Huurre Sweden delivers a 45,000 square meter logistics centre to Servera, Sweden's largest wholesaler and specialist in the restaurant and canteen kitchen industry. The warehouse will be located in the Vrangelsro industrial park north of Halmstad. Huurre will supply wall, roof and floor insulation for the freezer warehouse and for the refrigeration and dry-goods sections it will install facades together with partition and interior walls. The project amounts to approximately 2,5 million euros.
