Huurre Group will extend the German retailer Metro Group's warehouse in Noginsk near Moscow. The main part of this large extension is a new freezing storage section with a handling area, a platform for handling fresh fish and an area for alcohol storage. This contract will confirm Huurre Group's position as one of the leading industrial refrigeration contractors on the Russian market.

Huurre delivered Metro noginsk refrigeration plant in 2008
In 2008, Huurre delivered and installed the industrial refrigeration plant to Metro's existing fresh food storage areas in Noginsk. Metro was pleased with the performance and now awarded Huurre the contract for design, delivery and installation of their new refrigeration plant, the entire insulation job in addition to the insulated doors.

Design work has commenced, start-up early summer
In total, Huurre has now signed contract for approx. nine million euros for this project. Start-up on site will be early this summer and final completion is agreed for Q1/2011. The design work of this technically modern and energy efficient solution has already commenced.
